1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the PlatoGo Admin Portal, a subsidiary of QIQMSB®, Inc., you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the service.
2. License Grant
PlatoGo and a subsidiary of QIQMSB®, Inc., grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Admin Portal for authorized business purposes in accordance with these terms. This license is not a sale of the software or any intellectual property rights.
3. Use Restrictions
You may not: (a) modify, adapt, or create derivative works; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (c) use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (d) access the service using automated means without express permission; or (e) share your login credentials with unauthorized users.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the PlatoGo Admin Portal, and a subsidiary of QIQMSB®, Inc., including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of PlatoGo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PlatoGo or a subsidiary of QIQMSB®, Inc., be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Admin Portal at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PlatoGo and and QIQMSB®, Inc., is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this EULA from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
